• Essential: Full-time B.E. / B.Tech Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical / Production / Electronics / Control & Instrumentation / Instrumentation / Civil with at least 60% marks from a recognised University / Institution.
• Desirable (added advantage): MBA / PGDBM in Materials Management / Supply Chain Management / Logistics & Supply Chain Management / Operations Management.
• All qualifications must be full-time from Indian institutions recognised and approved in India. SC/ST/PwBD candidates with passing marks in the qualifying degree are also eligible.
• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification (BE/B.Tech) executive experience (including training period, if any) in Power / Oil / Gas / Steel sector.
• Out of which minimum 2 years’ experience must be in Contract / Purchase / Stores / Procurement or any combination thereof.
• For SC/ST candidates, the experience requirement is relaxed by a maximum of 1 year if prescribed experience is 3–5 years.
