• IT posts (Software Developer, Mobile Developer, Database Admin, Cloud Manager, DevSecOps, Network Admin, Web Server Admin, IT Officer, Linux / SAN / SRE, Production Support, Digital Channel Manager): B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunications / Electronics & Communications / MCA from a government-recognized university. The qualification must be full time and regular courses only. Many posts also prefer or require professional certifications (like Spring Certified, AWS / Azure / GCP certifications, TOGAF, ITIL, etc.)

• Data roles (Data Architect, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Gen AI): B.E. / B.Tech / MCA or Master’s degree in Statistics / Economics / Data Sciences / AI / ML from a recognized university. Certifications in Cloudera / Hadoop / Databricks / Azure / AWS data engineering are preferred.

• Information Security / Cyber Security / IT Governance: B.E. / B.Tech in CS / IT / Electronics / MCA. Certifications like CISA / CISM / CISSP / CEH are mandatory for higher scales and preferred for others.

• Enterprise / Public Cloud Architect: B.E. / B.Tech in CS / IT / Electronics / MCA. TOGAF / Zachman certification or AWS / Azure / GCP Cloud Architect certification is mandatory for Scale III / IV.

• Risk Manager (Scale III): MBA / MMS in Finance / Banking or Post Graduate Diploma in Banking / Finance. FRM / CFA / Diploma in Risk Management preferred.

• Risk Manager (Scale I): MBA / MMS / Post Graduate Diploma in Banking / Finance / Statistics / Math with at least 60% marks. No experience required.

• Taxation / CA (Scale II): A pass in the final examination of ICAI (Chartered Accountant). Two years of relevant experience is desirable.
