• Junior Executive (Engineering / Wayside / Secretary): Up to 32 years
• Junior Executive (Accounts): 30 – 35 years
• Associate Executive (QA / Official Language): Up to 35 years
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years | OBC-NCL – 3 years | PwBD – 10 years | Ex-Servicemen – 5 years (subject to cumulative cap of 10 years)

• Junior Executive posts — Minimum 5 years post-qualification relevant experience
• Associate Executive posts — Minimum 3 years post-qualification relevant experience
• Experience must be in Petroleum / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Fertilizer / Power Plant / Automobile / Defence / Engineering & Capital Goods sectors (post-specific).

The BPCL Entry Level Recruitment 2026 Notification Out Apply Online for 250 Junior Executive & Associate Executive Posts on   20/04/26. The online application will start from  18/04/26 and last date to apply online is   17/05/26.

BPCL offers highly competitive salary packages at par with other Maharatna PSUs. Selected candidates are placed on a 1-year probation (extendable) with all central PSU perks.

• Junior Executive / Secretary — Pay Scale ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 | CTC approx ₹12.28 LPA (at minimum of scale, metro posting)
• Associate Executive — Pay Scale ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 | CTC approx ₹17.11 LPA (at minimum of scale, metro posting)
• Allowances: IDA-pattern DA, HRA, Perks & Allowances
• Performance Related Pay (PRP): Annual variable pay linked to company and individual performance
• Retirement Benefits: Provident Fund, Gratuity, Pension (NPS)
• Additional benefits include medical cover, leave encashment, LTC and PSU housing where available.
