• AM (E-2): Maximum 30 years

Age Relaxation: SC/ST — 5 years, OBC — 3 years, PwBD — 10 years, Ex-Servicemen — as per Government of India guidelines.

Renewable Energy Posts (DGM & Assistant Manager — RE)

• Qualification: Graduate in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized university
• Eligible Branches: Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical & Electronics, Electrical Instrumentation & Control
• Experience (DGM — E-6): Minimum 12 years post-qualification, of which at least 10 years in Renewable Energy (Solar / Wind / BESS)
• Experience (AM — E-2): Minimum 3 years post-qualification, all 3 years in Renewable Energy (Solar / Wind / BESS)

SC/ST/PwBD candidates need only pass marks (60% not required).

Finance Posts (DGM & Assistant Manager — Finance)

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) from a recognized statutory body
• Experience (DGM — E-6): Minimum 12 years post-qualification in Finance / Accounts, with at least 10 years in Renewable Energy sector
• Experience (AM — E-2): Minimum 3 years post-qualification in Finance / Accounts, all 3 years in Renewable Energy sector
